Return & Refund Policy
At Vastra Design by The GDH, customer satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@thegdh.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a free exchange.
Exchanges due to size or fit issues are accepted, subject to stock availability.
If your requested size or item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
