Return & Refund Policy

At Vastra Design by The GDH, customer satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below:

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@thegdh.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.

• After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

• Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a free exchange.

• Exchanges due to size or fit issues are accepted, subject to stock availability.

• If your requested size or item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
